WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS SAY

Antonia
Antonia, Community Manager
I really enjoyed working at the Hub Hoi An. The tasks are very diverse and fun. You are responsible for showing the guests around and tell them all they need to know, so you will meet a lot of nice people. Taking care of the place, payments and check-ins are also part of your tasks. Helping in the kitchen and making coffee was fun too, and there is always time for chats and laughs with the staff and guests. So if you are looking for a job in a great team in a lovely co-working-space I can highly recommend the Hub!
Jordan
Jordan, Evening Event Planner
I was the evening events planner at the Hub and ran 3 weekly events that ranged from pub quizzes to board game nights and everything in between. The Hub is a great place to work, and when people go there they want to be productive. My job came in to provide the social aspect outside of the co-working space, so that when people wanted to work they could without distraction and they could still get involved with the Hubs great community of nomads outside of work! I loved this about the role and it felt great to be the catalyst of so many new friendships!
Susie
Susie, Community Manager
I had a great time over the summer working at the Hub. The responsibilities varied from making sure the space was presentable, greeting members, kitchen work and a bit of social media/marketing. Ultimately it’s about what you want the role to be, if you have a certain skill to offer Sarah let her know so she fit your role into the Hub. The team at the Hub are also the loveliest people to work with – super welcoming, lots of laughs, and were always willing to help me. Outside of the role i have been able to make attend the community events and meet amazing people. I would highly recommended the Hub!
